Questions? Here are the answers.
The things people ask most before they start. Can’t find yours? Email leversupport@gmail.com.
Is Lever really free?
Yes. Every lesson is free, for good, and learning never asks for a card. There are no ads and no paid plan.
Do I need an account?
Not to look around. Every subject and module is listed on this site. To take lessons, you sign in with Google. That’s how your progress follows you to any device.
How old do I need to be?
13 or older. Where your local law sets a higher age, a parent or guardian confirms by email before lessons open. The details are in the Terms.
Is this financial advice?
No. Lever teaches how money works and shows you the tools with real examples, like how broad index funds have done over time compared with other choices. That’s teaching, not a sales pitch: no fund, bank or broker pays us, and we never point you to a specific one. What you do with your money is your call. Our four promises say more.
Where do the amounts and tax facts come from?
Amounts are written in your own currency, not converted from dollars. Tax, pension and deposit protection facts for 81 countries come from reputable, confirmed sources, each with the date we last checked. If your country isn’t covered yet, we say so.
What languages is Lever in?
Every lesson is in English and in Spanish, adapted for the people who speak each one. Learning money shouldn’t depend on the language you grew up with, so more languages are on the way. Most of this website is in English for now.
How long is a lesson?
About two minutes. Modules are usually 5 to 7 lessons, so a module is about one sitting. There are 519 lessons in all.
Do I have to start at the beginning?
Everyone starts with the same short welcome. After that, your path is your own: a few questions about what you care about put the most useful lessons first, and if you already know a topic, you can pass its test and skip that module.
Where is Lever available?
Mexico and the United States for now, with more countries to follow. It works in any web browser today, and iPhone and Android apps are on the way.
Who makes Lever?
Lever is independent: no bank, broker or financial company owns it or pays it. Questions, bug reports and corrections all go to leversupport@gmail.com.
